We Deliver, We Set Up, You Enjoy.
We Generally need someone to be present at the time of drop off to access water/hydro and to sign the contract. After we roll it in, we generally use your garden hose faucet to fill it up. All our tubs are bleached and rinsed before each use. Our tubs Plug in to any standard 120V 3 prong outlet. Once it is filled, we provide you with chemicals and sanitation accessories, a filter and a cover to insulate the heat. We do not leave until the tub is primed and heating up.
We do not require people to be present at the time of pickup. We use large 2inch fire hoses to drain the tub far from your house, usually into the sewer grate outside the residence. (the water from your hot tub is not harmful to your lawn, plants or driveway)

Any rentals crossing over the holiday (dec21-jan5) may be reserved for deliveries on December 7th, 14th, and 21st and are $600 / week. All monthly holiday rentals are at a rate of $1200+hst.

CAN I PUT IT ON MY DECK?
Usually this is not a problem, but we cannot be responsible if your deck is unable to support the full weight (up to 3000lbs full of water). Please inspect the deck prior to deciding if you’d like it there, if you are unsure the deck will support the hot tub, we recommend that the hot tub be placed on the ground.
HOW DOES THE HOT TUB GET FILLED?
A garden hose is simply attached to an outside faucet. It takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes to fill the tub depending on your water pressure.
WHAT TYPE OF ELECTRICAL HOOKUP IS REQUIRED?
Your hot tub requires nothing more than a regular grounded outlet. We do recommend that you do not have anything else operating on that circuit as the hot tub requires 15 amps of power at peak operation.
HOW CAN I GET IT INTO MY YARD?
The hot tub will roll through a gate or standard doorway at least 36 inches wide. We do require a shovelled pathway to the location of choice in the winter as well as a cleared space for the hot tub itself.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
You should have a minimum of 8 feet by 8 feet available for the hot tub.
HOW QUICKLY DOES IT HEAT UP?
The hot tub's heater will take the water from tap temperature to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in about 24 hours. Please note that in colder months, it can lengthen the time it takes to heat up. In colder weather we suggest you put some hot water from your house in it to cut down the heat up time.
DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES OF HOT TUBS?
We rent only one size: 5-6 person hot tubs. While big enough for a group to enjoy, these hot tubs are still maneuverable enough for us to get in and out of your yard with ease.
CAN I RENT THE HOT TUB FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME?
Yes. If bookings permit we will rent it for longer periods. Rates can be negotiated for bi-weekly, monthly, or longer rentals. Please contact us to discuss this in person. One of the reasons we have so much repeat business (other than our fantastic service and great hot tubs) is that we often leave the hot tub for several days longer than reserved when bookings permit. All you have to do is ask. This has made us the business of choice for many people.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE?
Yes. We require someone to be present to help select the setting for the hot tub and to assist accessing water and hydro. Also, we do require someone to sign the contract and receive instructions on the operation of the hot tub and the proper storage and use of the chemicals we provide.

If we have a hot tub that we are picking up in your area and it is not booked for the following weekend or week, we will send out an E-mail message to those people close by – the first one to respond will be able to rent the hot tub for an amazingly low price! If you have rented from us previously, and have provided us with your email address, you are already entered into The Last Minute Club.

We would love to service these customers without having to add on unrealistic delivery charges; Therefore, we partner with franchisees that reside in these locations across the country.
We can provide a turn key option for those who wish to have an income in addition to their current occupation. The goal of this program is to allow franchisees to ‘run their own show’, and work with flexibility around their own busy schedules. The two things we require is that franchisees have a vehicle that can tow a small trailer and have a smart phone.
