WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE?
CAN I PUT IT ON MY DECK?
Usually this is not a problem, but we cannot be responsible
if your deck is unable to support the weight. Please
inspect it prior to deciding that you want it there,
if you are not sure the deck will support the hot
tub, we recommend that the hot tub be placed on the
ground.
HOW DOES THE HOT TUB GET FILLED?
A garden hose is simply attached to an outside faucet.
It takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes to fill the tub
depending on your water pressure.
WHAT TYPE OF ELECTRICAL HOOKUP
IS REQUIRED?
Your hot tub requires nothing more than a regular
grounded outlet. We do recommend that you do not have
anything else operating on that circuit as the hot
tub requires 15 amps of power at peak operation.
HOW CAN I GET IT INTO MY YARD?
The hot tub will roll through a gate or standard doorway
at least 36 inches wide. We do require a shoveled
pathway to your location of choice in the winter as
well as a cleared space for the hot tub itself.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
You should have a minimum of 8 feet by 8 feet available
for the hot tub.
HOW QUICKLY DOES IT HEAT UP?
The hot tub's heater will take the water from tap
temperature to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in about 24
hours. In colder weather we suggest you put some hot
water from your house in it to cut down the heat up
time.
DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES
OF HOT TUBS?
We rent only one size: 5-6 person hot tubs. While
big enough for a group to enjoy, these hot tubs are
still maneuverable enough for us to get in and out
of your yard with ease.
CAN I RENT THE HOT TUB FOR
LONGER PERIODS OF TIME?
Yes. If bookings permit we will rent it for longer
periods. Rates can be negotiated for bi-weekly, monthly,
or longer rentals. Please contact us to discuss this
in person. One of the reasons we have so much repeat
business (other than our fantastic service and great
hot tubs) is that we often leave the hot tub for several
days longer than reserved when bookings permit. All
you have to do is ask. This has made us the business
of choice for many people.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU
ARRIVE?
Yes. We require someone to be present to help select
the setting for the hot tub and to assist accessing
water and hydro. Also, we do require someone to sign
the contract and receive instructions on the operation
of the hot tub and the proper storage and use of the
chemicals we provide. |
